Q. What is the System Requirement for EduKrypt Windows?

A. Processor : i3/ RAM : 4GB/ Hard Disk : 500/ OS : Windows 8 & above

Q. I am getting error of Dot Net Framework ?

A EduKrypt requires Dot Net 3.5 & above. Please update your PC with the requirement.

Q. I am facing problem in installation because of Anti-Virus/ Windows Defender ?

A Press the Window (Icon) Key, then search Virus/ Threat Protection. Click On Manage Settings and Turn Off all buttons.

Q. Steps for installation of EduKrypt Windows ?

  • 1. Double click on EduKrypt Software Icon
  • Click On Run
  • Click On Next to Install
  • Click on Finish. EduKrypt is ready to use

  • Enter User Id/ Registration Code

Q. How to Get Permission of Course/Videos/PDFs/MCQs ?

A Click on Sync Button. Please wait for the Sync to Get Completed to get the updated permissions of your Course. It may take up to 15 Minutes. Your Course will now get shown on the Dashboard. Click On the respective Folders/Videos/Resources/MCQs to start learning.
